Women’s Pennant Finals 2011
Roxburgh won the Golf Otago Women’s Pennant final, hosted by Alexandra Golf Club on the 9th & 10th of October.
The finals were originally set down for the 14th & 15th of August but heavy snow caused the event to be postponed.
Teams representing Tapanui, Wanaka, Otago and Roxburgh contested the event following wins in their respective zone competitions.
Roxburgh took the final with three wins in the round-robin competition.
CRT continued their sponsorship of the fixture in 2011 and Alexandra District Manager, Kathy Wallace, was on hand to present the pennant to the Roxburgh team.
