The 2012 Eagles Intercollegiate tournament will be contested over 18 holes at The Otago Golf Club’s Balmacewan course on Friday 16th March, commencing at 11.00am.
Teams of four players represent their secondary school, with the best three of the four gross scores counting. Teams may be boys, girls or mixed.
There is also an individual section and schools are encouraged to enter their golfing pupils, even if they are unable to gather a full team of four.
There is no entry fee and an excellent prize pool of golf coaching and/or equipment vouchers is made possible by the continued generous support of The Otago Eagles Golfing Society.
The winning team qualifies to play in the National Secondary Schools Tournament, in Northland, on the 3rd of September.
The best individual gross scores (two boys & one girl) under 17 years of age as at 30th of September, win an expenses paid trip to the National Eagles Boys & Girls Championships at Nelson from 1 -3 October.
All team and individual entries must be confirmed by the players School Teacher.
