Otago number one, Laura Hoskin, has been selected to represent New Zealand in the women’s Under 19 team to play Australia.
The Trans Tasman Cup is scheduled to be played at The Peninsula Golf Club, in Melbourne, on the 8th & 9th of March. Four teams take part in the fixture; Senior Men & Women and Under 19 Men & Women.
The Arrowtown junior golfer currently attends St Hildas Collegiate, in Dunedin, and is a member at Balmacewan, along with her home club.
The call-up for a New Zealand team comes soon after her selection into the NZ Academy of Sport (South), based in Dunedin and signals the start of a busy year.
